[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Can this contact form be displayed on each post with different info?

    I want to have basically the same contact form on each post of my site. The only thing I want to change are the recipients for each post and to be able to include the post name automatically based on the name of the post the user submits from. Does this make sense?

    In terms of numbers, I have about 1000 posts I want the form on now and might grow to 2500 or so so need something fast, clean and reliable.
