Analytics Tracking is Not Working (6 posts)

    This is driving me bananas.... The worst part is I have to wait 24 hours after each change and then try again... I've been at it for 9 days now and still haven't got it working...

    I have replaced the code with a simple javascript alert and that works fine... there is a problem with the code...

    I have implemented the code exactly as follows into the additional settings area of the contact form but I still cannot track form submissions... I have sent through multiple tests and have also received legitimate contacts from customers but nothing it being registered in analytics... What am I doing wrong???

    This works:
    on_sent_ok: "alert('My Message');"

    This partially works (the js alert works but it doesn't track in analytics):
    on_sent_ok: "alert('My Message'); pageTracker._trackPageview('/contact-us-success');"

    This doesn't work...
    on_sent_ok: "pageTracker._trackPageview('/contact-us-success');"

    Please Help!!!

    I have made one more change in an attempt to make it work (however, I need to wait until tomorrow to see the effects...)

    1. I have moved the analytics code from the footer to the header
    2. I have changed the tracking code to use the async method.

    Any feedback is welcome

    Then what is your current on_sent_ok setting?

    Updated to:

    on_sent_ok: "_gaq.push(['_trackPageview', '/contact-us-success']);"
