• I think, the Contact Form 7 plugin is one of the most popular plugins for creating forms in WordPress. I have a very basic question about its functionality but i can not solve this.

I want to create a form, in which there are some multiple choice questions (as radio buttons). In addition, according to the answer given in the radio button i want to one (or two) new questions will appear just under the radio button question.

    An example,
How many kids do you have? (0, 1,2,3)

Write down the names of your kids? (if 0 is selected, this wont be asked. If 1 is selected there will appear 1 text field for name, if 2 is selected 2 text field will be opened. Like that)

I don’t think this is currently possible with Contact Form 7, but I would love to see this functionality included in a future update!!

I would also like to know if this functionality is available. I’m setting up a registration form for an event, and want to have the ability for attendants to indicate the following:

    – How many guests they’ll be bringing, if any
    – The names of each guest (if they have any)
    – The preferred meal option for each guest (if they have any)

So if they’re going to be bringing 2 other people, 2 new name spaces and meal choice spaces should pop up.

Also, I want registrants to indicate how they plan to pay for the event. If they choose to pay at the door, certain elements should not pop up for them to answer.

Is any of this sort of conditional tagging possible?
