[Plugin: Contact Form 7] [_post_title] not send when form used in sidebar of my theme

    Hello You Guys,

    First Thank you for this magnificent plugin.

    Second i found a bug

    the mail tag [_post_title] does only return the title when the form is used in a page. When the form however is used in a sidebar it does not work and returns the text [_post_title] in the mail.

    Could you please fix this?
