 * When clicking on Constant Footer options, i get a 404 – page not found.

 * Does anyone know whether Pingable’s Constant Footer is working as described since
   version 1.5 and whether it is compatible with WordPress versions up to 3.1.3?
 * I am hesitant to install this plug in until I find out. I am using WP version
   3.1.1 .
 * Also, I have tried to contact Pingable but have gotten no response from them.
   So the support seems to be very iffy and may be why Constant Footer only has 
   a 2 star out of 5 rating.
