  • Resolved FahrenheitCG

Events are no longer displaying on the page where the shortcode [ccevents limit=3 newwindow=true] is present, just the message “There are currently no events”.

Going to Constant Contact > Events settings, it says “No events found”. Clicking the “Refresh Events” button brings up the correct full list, but checking the web page again still shows no listing. Returning to the settings page, it again says “No events found”.

The installed version of the plugin was originally 2.3.1 when the problem was noticed; I upgraded to the current 2.3.6 hoping that it was a resolved issue, but the error persists.

    And assistance would be appreciated.

  • Still can’t figure out why the Events shortcode that was originally working is no longer pulling events from Constant Contact.

And the “And assistance…” above should be “Any assistance…” 🙂

Same problem here, were you able to find a solution? I’m tempted to completed deactivate and delete the plugin and re-connect it to see if that works.

FahrenheitCG – I FIGURED IT OUT!

For my situation all it took was deleting past events in my constant contact account. I believe that the plugins have a 50 job limit. It’s not stated anywhere but, for me, it won’t load any more than that. So I started deleting some old events and BOOM – my new ones appeared!

Try this out, hopefully it works for you, as well.

Thanks for that info, hockeyhero4 – I’ll work on fixing this in future releases.
