[Plugin: Constant Contact for WordPress] Constant Contact sidebar widget signup form doesn't ac

The registration page plugin is working, but the sidebar signup widget doesn’t work.

The widget asks for the first and last names and email address.

There isn’t a check box to select what kind of list you want to signup for.

However, when the signup button is pressed, the widget asks for a list to be selected.

In the plugin I have selected a default list to be added to the registration and that works during the registration process.

But I cannot find any way to edit or setup the sidebar widget.
