[Plugin: Constant Contact for WordPress] $cc->get_campaigns() doesn't fetch all campaigns

Apparently $cc->get_campaigns() doesn’t send the pageSize parameter to expand it to 200 and only fetches the defaulted 50 campaigns. However, I am not sure how to best expand this in the current class. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
