# [Plugin: Connections] "and" instead of "or"?

 * First, let me say that I absolutely love the Connections plugin and I am very
   grateful to the author for putting so much work into it. It’s truly appreciated.
 * I have what is hopefully a quick question; in the documentation, it says this:
 * > To show entries in multiple specific categories and their children, list the
   > categories by id seperated by commas as shown in the following example.
   > [connections category=’1,3,9′]
   > NOTE: This attribute is an operational OR function. An entry will be shown 
   > if it is in any one of the specified categories or one of their children categories.
 * What I need is an operational AND feature – e.g., everything that’s BOTH in the
   category “Louisiana” AND in the category “Bookstores”, to show bookstores in 
   Louisiana (not everything in the database that’s a bookstore or is in Louisiana).
   Is there a relatively simple change I can make to the code to allow this to happen?

   the shortcode attribute category_in.
