 * Hi,
    I installed the plugin on several sites on day 1, and I’m noticing connection
   issues now. In my workflow, I went into an Incognito browser (because an account
   selector isn’t available on the first setup screen), logged into Gmail account
   associated with Google properties, and completed the connection process through
   there. Everything is verified and working.
 * I went into the plugin today, and I’m getting the start up screen. When I click
   the button (incognito again) I’m given a screen where I need to make the connections
   for the properties again. Everything pops up like it was after that is done.
 * I also noticed that different website users are not able to access the plugin
   once the connections have been made. Admin 1 set up the plugin but Admin 2 is
   not able to use the plugin.
 * This issue is happening across several site, with different configurations, and
   on different hosting platforms.

 * Did you notice any error notices on the screen or in the [browser console](https://i.imgur.com/KyLAzgH.png)?

 * To access Site Kit and the data from service accounts, the person logged-in needs
   to have administration/owner access in WordPress _and_ the respective service
   accounts (through their Google accounts). Is this the case for the other website
   users?
 * You can read more about the [permission levels required](https://sitekit.withgoogle.com/documentation/permission-levels)
   in our documentation.

 * Renee,
    Thank you for responding.
 * 1) No, there were no notices or errors given
 * 2) It seems like a flaw in the system. I think if the plugin is accessible to
   Admins, then the data should be as well. I don’t necessarily want to make every
   Admin an Owner of my Google properties. I also access my site in different User
   browsers. When I go to try and connect Site Kit in those different browsers,
   I’m not able to complete because my User is not an owner, and when I select the
   Owner account from the account picker, it still doesn’t want to connect.

 * thanks for your reply [@binghamdesign](https://wordpress.org/support/users/binghamdesign/)
   and your feedback. Sharing data between other WordPress users has become a frequent
   request and you can follow its progress on our [Github repository](https://github.com/google/site-kit-wp/issues/6).
   As you will see, there is much consideration needed when data sharing is concerned
   and implementing a feature like this, but we’ll explore it.
 * For the looping setup issue, which host are you using for the websites?

 * [@binghamdesign](https://wordpress.org/support/users/binghamdesign/) thanks again
   for your report! We’ve identified the problem related to the setup process restarting
   and are actively [working on a solution](https://github.com/google/site-kit-wp/issues/818).
   I’ll provide an update as soon as possible.

 * [@binghamdesign](https://wordpress.org/support/users/binghamdesign/) Just following
   up in relation to the issue you had been encountering with Site Kit, and having
   to reconnect each time. We have made some significant updates to the plugin as
   of version [1.1.2](https://wordpress.org/plugins/google-site-kit/), which addresses
   the issue you were encountering.
 * Thanks for bringing this issue to our attention. With this latest update I will
   mark this support topic as resolved, but please inform me after updating. I would
   be happy to assist further should you encounter any more problems.
