Plugin conflicts with Permalinks

    With this plugin active, none of my permalinks work. Very odd. Clicking on any menu item results in a 404. Disable the plugin and all is well.

    I really like this plugin, but this issue is a real problem. Also there is the previous issue I reported about the PUBLISH button not working.

    I have narrowed the conflict down to an issue between this plugin and Gravity Forms.

    When Gravity Forms and Smart Mockups are active, permalinks on the site break. When either of these plugins are deactivated, permalinks work fine.

    Any idea what would be causing the two to conflict like this?
