 * Hi there, I just realised that your plugin stops my forms sending when using
   Caldera Forms. There must be some conflicting JavaScript.
 * Unfortunately I have had to deactivate WP CountUP JS for now.

 * Hi [@shaunbowen](https://wordpress.org/support/users/shaunbowen/). Thanks for
   letting me know, I will take a look and try to replicate the issue.

 * Hi [@shaunbowen](https://wordpress.org/support/users/shaunbowen/), I just tested
   WP CountUP JS with Caldera Forms and works perfectly on a fresh installation (
   both plugins in their last versions). I can send the data from the form.
 * I tested it using the Classic Editor and Gutenberg and works fine. So maybe there’s
   a third culprit in your site?
 * Now, some questions:
 * 1. You have the last versions plugins?
    2. And this happens in posts and pages
   or just pages? 3. The issue happens in old or new pages?
 * If you can create a dummy page in your site to replicate the issue, and paste
   here, so I can look for the issue.
 * Thanks.

 * Hi Roel,
 * Yes the latest versions are installed. I haven’t made any posts, just pages –
   both old and new.
 * I do use SiteOrigin Page Builder for the layout, so that might be affecting it
   too. But I do know that disabling WP CountUP JS solves the issue.
 * The dummy page for you is here: [https://orchardsroofing.co.uk/testpage/](https://orchardsroofing.co.uk/testpage/)
 * I have another site built in the same way and that is also experiencing the same
   issue.

 * Hi [@shaunbowen](https://wordpress.org/support/users/shaunbowen/),
 * Unfortunately I couldn’t replicate your issue. Here’s what I did:
 * – **I checked the dummy page you sent to look for any JavaScript errors**: There
   is no JS errors in the dummy page.
    – **I tested SiteOrigin Page Builder plugin**:
   The builder, the counter plugin and Caldera Forms works as expected.
 * To be honest, I don’t know what could it be…maybe there’s another plugin causing
   this?
 * The last thing to do is, if you can, disable all plugins except for: Page Builder,
   Counter and Caldera Forms. If that solves the issue, then I recommend to enable
   the plugins again, one by one, to find the real culprit.
 * Hope that helps. Thanks.

 * Hi Roel, I have just tried deactivating all plugins except the ones above, but
   the WP CountUP JS plugin is still preventing forms from sending.
 * I forgot to say that I am also using the plugin “Caldera Forms Anti Spam” to
   add a recaptcha to my forms. I think it is this which will not initialise properly
   when your plugin is active. The “I’m not a robot” box does not appear whilst
   WP CountUP JS is activated.
 * Can you please try adding this plugin too, with a ReCaptcha field in the form,
   when testing for conflicts.

 * Hey [@shaunbowen](https://wordpress.org/support/users/shaunbowen/), I finally
   could replicate the issue and looks like the culprit is the **Caldera Forms Anti
   Spam** plugin but sometimes works and another time don’t.
 * I also read some support questions from users with the same issue in their websites
   but looks like other plugins or elements blocks the reCaptcha:
 * [https://wordpress.org/support/topic/caldera-forms-not-submitting-when-anti-spam-plugin-used/](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/caldera-forms-not-submitting-when-anti-spam-plugin-used/)
 * Apparently, their 0.4 version should have fixed this issue but looks like they
   missed something else. So I’m gonna reply your thread you made in their plugin
   support section for further information.
 * Thanks.

 * Hi [@rokumetal](https://wordpress.org/support/users/rokumetal/), thanks for that–
   I just got 2 test form submittions from you, so perhaps there is some sort of
   issue with the ReCaptcha API from Google that is causing issues.
 * I actually hadn’t updated the Anti Spam plugin to V0.4 yet on that site so I’ll
   do that now and do some more quick tests myself.
 * UPDATE: I just updated the Anti Spam plugin and now the form won’t send again.
   Definitely something intermittent going on – hopefully between you and the other
   plugin owner a workaround can be reached.
