 * Greetings,
 * Thank you for a great plugin!
 * We are using the PRO version of this plugin. We updated to the latest version
   and ran into some conflicts with two plugins – Easy Updates Manager (“updates”
   disappeared from the Admin Toolbar; can’t manage settings for the plugin) and
   Elementor has a weird issue where text doesn’t display properly on one of the
   single post templates – looks like a CSS issue but haven’t investigated it further
   to say for sure.
 * To clarify: we deleted and re-installed both free and PRO versions to reset all
   settings to make sure. So, this issue is happening with the plugins in “factory
   default” settings.
 * We have backed out of the updates but please investigate the issue.
 * Please let me know if you need more information.
 * Thanks!

 * Hi [@pgray](https://wordpress.org/support/users/pgray/)
 * many thanks to you!
 * I’ve right now tested Easy Updates Manager, and I can see “Updates” in the admin
   top bar, with both free and PRO versions active.
 * I suggest you disable the pro version. If the issue is solved, it means it’s
   caused by the PRO version. In that case, I invite you to open a ticket on the
   premium support at [https://support.freesoul-deactivate-plugins.com/](https://support.freesoul-deactivate-plugins.com/).

   In another case, we would not respect the guidelines of this forum.
 * If you still have the issue without the PRO version, it means it’s caused by
   the free version. In that case, we can continue on this forum, and I will give
   you some suggestions to find out what is going on.
 * Meanwhile, I will also test Elementor and try to reproduce the issues, and if
   I’m not able to reproduce it I will ask you for more information.
 * Have a great day!

 * Thanks, Jose!
 * I wasn’t sure on how to get support. Will open a ticket on the support forum
   on the plugin’s website to have this discussion there.
 * We have rolled back to previous versions of both plugins and are testing them–
   really like the plugins! Awesome job!!
 * See you in the support forum to get this issue resolved.
