    Hi,

After updating your plugin from 2.3.0 to 2.4.1 the send page from woocommerce follow-up emails is all messed up.. Had to uninstall your plugin to solve the conflict.

    Kind regards,

After the update it is impossible to send mails from woocommerce follow up emails.

Hi @rbesems, thanks for the report. I just tested the last version of Follow-Ups (https://woocommerce.com/products/follow-up-emails/) with WooCommerce Blocks 2.4.1 and everything seemed to work fine. Could you help us diagnose what’s going on with some more information?

    • Which version of WordPress, WooCommerce and Follow Ups do you have installed?
    • Which error are you exactly getting and in which page? Is there an error message or the layout is messed up?

If you could provide a screenshot, that would be extra-helpful.

I can confirm @rbesems is correct. I have had the same problem, which took me some time to diagnose.

With a brand new WordPress site created, Storefront as the theme, WooCommerce, WooCommerce Follow-up Emails and WooCommerce Blocks installed, Follow-up Emails is unable to send a manual email, eg. from this page of the Dashboard:

    wp-admin/admin.php?page=followup-emails&tab=send&id=50709

In the console, there is an error showing a JavaScript problem:

    ReferenceError: init_fue_select is not definedqueue.js:7:5
    https://www.yoursite.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-follow-up-emails/templates/js/queue.js?ver=4.8.15:7

Deactivating WooCommerce Blocks fixes the issue.

Please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Tickets. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

We will be able to help you further there. Make sure to select Follow-up Emails in the “I need help with” drodpown.

My first port of call was the premium support channel at WooCommerce.com. All I got there was the usual “uninstall all plugins and re-enable 1 at a time”.

They wouldn’t even pass me on to the followup emails plugin author, which is where I originally thought the problem was.

In the end I rooted out the cause of the problem myself. When I notified them of the problem, they told me to post it here, where I found this thread.

    My ticket number was 2373396.
