Plugin Conflict with WP Forms Square Add On

    Hi,

    We have been discussing my ongoing issues on your other Support thread ‘Simple Membership After Login Redirection’ for a while and most of the issues have been resolved.

    However 1 remains where this plugin is preventing the WP Forms Square Payment Addon, from recording payments. The payment works fine now, but it doesn’t add this to the WP Forms Payment Details.

    With the WP Forms team, we have tested this and when the Simple Membership plugin is disabled, the payment is recorded OK.

    My current fix is to exclude your plugin and any page that uses WP Forms from Caching in Litespeed Cache. This resolves the issue, but I would prefer to be using caching of course.

    It would be great if you could look into this.

    Hi,

    My current fix is to exclude your plugin and any page that uses WP Forms from Caching in Litespeed Cache. This resolves the issue, but I would prefer to be using caching of course.

    I believe that Litespeed Cache was excluding all the URL’s with forms, as well as the ‘Do Not Cache Cookies’ field containing ‘swpm_session’ so as to exclude your plugin. With these excluded we have eliminated caching as being the cause of this issue.

    Therefore the issue is most likely a conflict between WP Forms and Your plugin.

    What happens when you disable the above mentioned addon? Is your issue resolved?

    Also, currently we don’t have an integrated addon for WP Forms plugin and WP Forms addons.

    If we disable the Square Payments Addon, we can’t take payments, so no, it doesn’t resolve our issue. WP Forms have advised that they also tested this with the URLS removed from the Caching exemption and everything worked, accept the the aforementioned issue where Simple Membership prevents WP Forms Square addon from creating the payment details. The payments work, but are not shown in the payments section of WP Forms Square Payments.

    I have a case open with WP Forms who have expressed that they are keen to get to the bottom of this, so any questions or findings you might have, could be very helpful.

    Unfortunately we don’t have an integration addon for WPFroms Lite plugin, also the payment forms “Square addon” feature is a premium product. We are unable to troubleshoot this issue.
