Support » Plugin: WP Mobile Menu - The Mobile-Friendly Responsive Menu » Plugin conflict with Ultimate Member

    Hey Rui,

    I’ve documented this with the UM team as well: Basically, there’s a clash between WP Mobile Menu (latest version) and the Ultimate Member plugin. This wasn’t the case with the older versions of WP Mobile Menu. When using a mobile or small screen (e.g. small window), our UM Member Directories’ filters don’t work. If you go to the site, make the screen small, and select a filter (e.g. Active Locations=Brazil) then attempt to scroll down, you’ll see what I mean. This is the core of our website so kind of an issue 🙂

    What can I do or provide to help having this resolved?

    Thanks so much!

    Hi Laura,

    Happy New Year.

    First if you have a cache plugin purge the cache and try again.
    If that doesn’t work, add the code below to the custom CSS option.

    @media only screen and (max-width: 1170px){
    body.mob-menu-overlay, body.mob-menu-slideout, body.mob-menu-slideout-over, body.mob-menu-slideout-top {
        overflow-x: unset!important;

    Let me know if it worked.

    The custom CSS seems to have worked – thank you!!!
