 * Hello,
 * It has been determined that this plugin (which is currently being used on my
   clients site – a site that I did not design) is in conflict with the U-Design
   theme. Specifically their Cycle 3 slider on their homepage. Their U-Design forum
   suggested I contact the developers of the plugin to find out what has changed.
   I did update to the latest version. Can you help me with this? Has anyone else
   reported a conflict problem with this theme or any other theme?
 * Thank you.

 * [@designer10](https://wordpress.org/support/users/designer10/) – We do not have
   anything specific to U-Design themes but it is not uncommon for themes that include
   functionality outside the general scope of design to have conflicts with plugins.
 * Without more information of the exact issue at hand we really cannot offer too
   much more than to suggest submitting a Bug Report ([http://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/](http://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/)…
   please reference this topic) and we will try to help you sort out the issue if
   you are not able to get any help from the theme author.
 * Thanks!

 * Thank you. I will submit a Bug Report now. For your reference, the site is [http://www.exhibitexpressinc.com](http://www.exhibitexpressinc.com)–
   Currently it displays a static image which should be a slider of 4 different
   images. Of course it works if I deactivate the plugin.
 * Again, thank you.

 * [@designer10](https://wordpress.org/support/users/designer10/) – Depending on
   how the theme implements its sliders will be the starting point. We can continue
   this discussion from the Bug Report.
 * Thanks!

 * Hi. We’ve bumped into the problem: our sliders (specifically Cycle 3) no longer
   slide. None of us who has looked at that part of U-Design (and I’m by far the
   least-qualified) can “see” what the problem might be. They have worked well in
   the past. What’s changed is that we upgraded the template last week and so we
   suspect (are guessing) that there’s a new incompatibility in the software.
    We’ve
   also noticed that when you try to upload a new file to link to, we no longer
   have the option to select from the internal Media Library, nor does the selection
   remain when we Save Changes (it reverts to what’s there now). (If you go to our
   web site you will see that we’ve placed a single, static slide there for now.)
   Appreciate any insights or confirmation of our suspicions… Cheers. (Web site

 * [@alansmithdigivizer](https://wordpress.org/support/users/alansmithdigivizer/)–
   It would be much better for you to start your own topic for this as the OP was
   over nine months ago … much has changed.
 * Also, have you addressed this with the theme author as well … they may be aware
   of this issue and may also have a possible solution.
 * Thanks!
 * – Cais.
