 * Installing Gravity Forms and Event Organiser Pro make my Dashboard disappear (
the site remains up to view when this happens – it is currently within a sub
folder not yet live with a html holding page in place). Removing the plugins
   returns all to normal.
 * I am using the Genesis framework plus Enterprise Pro as the child theme.
 * I have changed theme to Twenty Fifteen and then installed Gravity Forms and the
same happened again. I have reinstalled version 4.2.2, added a new downloaded
copy of the Genesis Framework and still it happens.
 * I have used this combination on a number of occasions without any problem – any
idea what to try next. James W
