Plugin Conflict - Simple History (4 posts)

I recently installed the plugin Simple History, and was alerted today that in Chrome my site was showing only the mobile version, even on normal computer. I deactivated the last plugin I installed, which was to install the aforementioned Simple History, and voila! Chrome displays the proper theme for desktop browsing. Firefox and Safari showed the appropriate theme the whole time, not sure on IE. Not sure where the issue lies, but I thought you should be alerted to the problem. I have posted about this over in Simple History's support area as well.

    Thanks for the report!

Just to be sure, do you use caching plugins like W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache on your site?
If so, could you check the plugin options to make sure that it's properly configure to ignore mobile agents?

I'm using W3TC, and I see a spot in the settings to add user agents to ignore, but I'm not sure what I should be adding. Is there a list of the user agent strings Jetpack recognises available somewhere?

You can check this post to learn how to configure W3TC:

Let me know if it helps.
