Support » Plugin: WP Simple Pay Lite for Stripe » plugin conflict

Activating Simple Stripe Checkout breaks WP Stripe on a page which contains only WP Stripe shortcodes and no SSC ones. When I try to do a transaction with WP token get occurs as does the Post but nothing happens after. So it seems there is some conflict in the portion which makes the payment transaction.

Your plugin still seems to complete transactions, but when the page reloads afterwards I get the following error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Stripe in /website/payments/wp-content/plugins/stripe/stripe-php/Stripe/Stripe.php on line 4

I wouldn’t use both but I need the functionality to allow the user to pick their price (as in WP Stripe) and in different cases for me to set the price (as in SSC). I prefer the Stripe Checkout look to WP Stripe but you don’t support user set pricing (as in donations).

Thanks for letting us know about the conflict. We’ll see if we can make a check for this so there’s not “fatal error”.

We’ll also be checking into user-entered pricing soon.
