    @kumaresanwp ,

    I couldn’t find Email Subscribers form on your site. Perhaps you have removed it?

    @kumaresanwp ,

    The error you are getting is coming from the Sync functionality of Email Subscribers. Have you turned off the sync setting?
    Which version of Email Subscribers you are using as of now?

    Email Subscribers version 3.5.1.

    Where can i found the sync setting in email subscriber. Seems i can’t found that setting in admin plugin settings.

    @kumaresanwp ,

    Email Subscribers -> Subscribers -> Sync
    Is it on or off?

    In there option “Sync newly registered users to subscribers list ” is turned on.

    and the other option “Select group to add newly registered users to” is not selected.

    @kumaresanwp ,

    If you don’t want to sync, then please turn off that setting.
    Else please select group and click on save.

    Let us know if it works after that.

    Sorry! it’s not on its NO

    In there option “Sync newly registered users to subscribers list ” is turned NO.

    and the other option “Select group to add newly registered users to” is not selected.

    Also following error displaying in plugin sync page

    Warning: Illegal string offset ‘es_registered’ in /home2/zelo441/yorastore.com/wp-content/plugins/email-subscribers/subscribers/view-subscriber-sync.php on line 58

    Warning: Illegal string offset ‘es_registered_group’ in /home2/zelo441/yorastore.com/wp-content/plugins/email-subscribers/subscribers/view-subscriber-sync.php on line 59

    @kumaresanwp ,

    1. Open your database & then go to <prefix>options table
    2. Search for the row having option_name as ig_es_sync_wp_users
    3. Delete that row if found

    Then have a check if it works. Let us know.
    Adding are you on single or multi site?

    Hi,

    I will check that.

    It’s an single site.
