[Plugin: Configure SMTP] Verification failed?

Does anyone know what this means, what can be done to fix? It’s a valid email, so I don’t understand..no such user here? what is that even refering too? Here’s the error:
SMTP Error: The following recipients failed: email@foursticks.net
SMTP server error: Verification failed for 550-No Such User Here” 550 Sender verify failed
