• Hi – a few questions regarding the popups when you click a marker:

1. If a hyperlink is added to the popup text, how do you set it to open in same browser window rather than a new tab (e.g. target=”self” in HTML).

2. My popups all have a useless horizontal scrollbar. Can this be disabled, or can the popup size be altered?

3. I’m using lat/long to define the marker. Hence, can the bold text at the top of the popup “Address:” be removed, as it doesn’t do anything.

4. Are there any other ways of formatting the popups?

Many thanks in advance – Mat.

• Me too! Actually I am getting both horizontal and vertical scrollbars on the popups when I view the site on Firefox. On Safari & Chrome I only get vertical scrollbars, but it is cutting off part of the text of the address. The bubble popup works perfect on my iPad.

My map is decent size – 100% by 300 pixels which works out to be about 624x300px.

Any ideas?
Thanks,
Sarah

Me, too! I’d really like to be able to edit the pop-ups. This is a great plugin and works great. It just needs a few updates like the ability to edit the pop-up info.
Has anyone found a solution?
Thanks,
Lynn

Hi, I have the same problen with mathewmackenzie:

1. If a hyperlink is added to the popup text, how do you set it to open in same browser window rather than a new tab (e.g. target=”self” in HTML).

I use kml-file where I have link in popup text:

Clik this text

and still it opens the page in a new tab. How can I make it open in same browser window?

Any ideas?
thanks
kessi

Did anyone ever resolve this?
