# [Plugin: comments] Unable to Post comment, received error msg below

 * I tried to post a comment on “My Wishes for Others” page of website at [http://www.reazile.com](http://www.reazile.com)
   
   I received the following error message:
 * Internal Server Error
    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration
   and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator,
   [cgiadmin@yourhostingaccount.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-comments-unable-to-post-comment-received-error-msg-below/cgiadmin@yourhostingaccount.com?output_format=md)
   and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done
   that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available
   in the server error log.
 * When I contacted my hosting company, they said I needed to contact word press
   because they keep the error logs. However they did tell me that they did see 
   one error in an error log which I don’t think it was related. Partner had problems
   in the beginning with picture and that is okay now. This is message below:

 * I have taken some time to try to find answer and have tried some various steps
   based on articles I have seen but they are not working.
 * When I contacted hosting company they suggested the problem might be related 
   to current default setting at php 5.3 but they said not to change anything until
   I heard further.

 * I think this problem is fixed now that I have email? I am not sure if that is
   related?
