checking the post page, where the comment validation reloaded is used, with Page Speed (google/firefox), results in “http://domain/wp-content/plugins/comment-validation-reloaded/library/js/validate.js?ver=1.7 110 functions uncalled of 121 total functions”

my questions is…. is it safe to delete those 110 functions? are those functions used anywhere in comment validation reloaded?

You can, as long as the correct form functions are not removed. You can also use the hosted version of the validate script.
