Title: Plugin – Comment Timeout Last modified: August 19, 2016 --- # Plugin – Comment Timeout * [cjkorf](https://wordpress.org/support/users/cjkorf/) * (@cjkorf) * [17 years, 5 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-comment-timeout/) * I have been using the comment timeout plugin for about 8 months with no problems, but today when I tried to click on one of my categories I received this message: * Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 35 bytes) in /var/www/html/news/wp-content/plugins/comment-timeout/comment-timeout. php on line 228 * Now I use this plugin for all of my categories and the rest all work fine. All of my categories use the same category.php file so that is not the problem. When I deactive the plugin everything works fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
