    it is whitespace before/after <?php ?> in the files somewere

    or else

    you (the web owner) or one of your plugins somewhere has switched error logging on for notices, warnings etc and the plugin in question causes one of those (common, if using an undefined variable)

    or there is clash in function names maybe ?

    Same problem here. The voting options appear, but they don’t work when you click on them.

    at the bottom of comment-rating.php you might see and extra line after the final closing php tag (?>). If that’s the case, just delete that extra line.
