• Does anybody have an idea how I might expand the hit area that expands a nested list to more than just the arrow icon?

Ideally what I’d like is a way to setup a dummy page that merely acts to hold further nested pages. Clicking on the dummy page expands the list, rather than navigating to the dummy page.

What would be REALLY nice, is for the list to then stay expanded if you navigate to one of those nested pages.

Here’s an example of my progress so far (without the desired functionality mentioned above):

Any help would be really appreciated. Cheers.

  • Hey!

Could you help me out? How did you do to “hide” your sub-pages in the sidebar? I’ve tried the collapsing pages plugin but can’t make it work.

@johan: I’ve actually ditched the Collapsing Pages plugin now in favour for the WP-dTree plugin instead. Check it out.

Great, thanks for the help! Now I just need to figure out how to install it in the right sidebar (my theme has two sidebars to the right and so far the plugin only install itself in the wrong one…)

    Thanks!

    Johan
