[Plugin: Collapsing Archives] Archive List

I am using version 1.3.2 and only displaying 1 category of posts. The problem is when I click on one of the links to list the archives (i.e. July 2012) all posts from the month are displayed and not just the posts from the selected category. Has anyone else experienced this and if so were you able to work around it?
