[Plugin: Collapse Sub-Pages] works partially only

Re: Added +/- icons that toggle when clicked

I cannot see those +/- at all – cannot expand a given parent page. I can only expand/collapse all with those 2 links at the top.

BUT the plugin is very convenient. Hope the funcionallity will be corrected asap
