[Plugin: Codepress Admin Columns] Additional author info in posts screen

One thing that I’ve been really looking for but which no plugin can do is the ability to show additional author information in the post admin page. This plugin comes closest, which I guess is why I’m making my suggestion here!

On the posts admin page, one of the default columns is of course “Author”, but the problem is that this always displays whatever you’ve chosen as “Display name publicly as”. The problem is that several of my writers are all displaying publicly as “Staff Writer”, which means that it’s really difficult to keep track in the post admin screen of which “staff writer” wrote a particular piece.

So what would be really great is if the Codepress Admin Columns plugin could be used to display an author’s nickname as a column, not just the default author option.
