[Plugin: Code Editor] fixing plugin for Chrome users

The problem is about disabled textarea in Chrome browser. To fix it, just download this package and unpack that stuff into /wp-content/plugins/code-editor/codepress/. This fix doesn`t take affect of performance in other browsers. Enjoy!
