 * Hi,
 * I have installed Co-Authors Plus and I quite satisfied with the plugging. I only
   have a question: when the names of the authors are showed in the theme there 
   is no space between them. For instance:
 * Marc Smith andJohn Smith
 * How can I put an space between the word “and” and “John”?
 * I only have put this in the single.php
 * <span>Written by:
 * <?php coauthors_posts_links(); ?>
 * <?php the_date(‘d/m/Y’); ?></span>
