[Plugin: Co-Authors Plus] Multiple Authors Display

    Co-Authors Plus is not displaying multiple authors on all posts published prior to 2011, and also will not allow multiple authors to be displayed on any current posts or drafts…?

    In some cases it will disable the author display in the right column.

    Downgraded to 2.1.1 and everything works okay, even old posts appeared with all their authors.
