[Plugin: CMS Tree Page View] No options are available on main landing page

    I don’t have any options available beyond the message at the top:

    CMS Tree Page View settings

    Select where to show a tree for pages and custom post types

    Save Changes Button

    That’s it! Where’s the beef?

    oh my! that sounds terrible. i’ll try to do something about that.
    is this on the latest version of wordpress?
    any other plugins installed?
