[Plugin: CMS Tree Page View] icons off in v 0.8.8

This is working for me, but there’s a minor glitch that in the tree view *every* page has the |> triangle to attach it to the tree. In 0.8.6 only those with child pages have that indicator.

See the screen shots:

v 0.8.6 has two pages with children, and one without (and only the two with children are linked to the trunk of the tree with a triangle)

v 0.8.8 has two pages without children, and one with 1 child (but has the triangles on all three pages)
