I really like your plugin but there is a similar one that goes a step further: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/hierarchy/

the feature that one has and that your plugin is missing is the following:

if I hover over the page where the blog posts are displayed, I get the option to add a new post while your plugin only offers to add a new page.

Please have a look at the other plugin that feature is so great, it also works for adding new categories, custom post types, etc.

Unfortunately it has a few drawbacks, so I prefer your plugin.

Oh, I need to correct my feature request above.

the other plugin is displaying everything in one tree: pages, posts, custom post types.
It checks the WP settings and reads on which page blog posts are being displayed so in the tree view it attaches the posts underneath that page.
same goes for custom spot types.
