 * The wordpress page for this site has a bright pink disclosure saying the plugin
   has been closed and is no longer available for download. Does anyone know the
   status of this plugin?

 * The plugin is not available for download currently, but it has not been closed.
   We are making some changes to the plugin and expect it to be back live next week.
