If you take a look at the new async google analytics code you can see a good example of how to support ssl and asyncronous loading of the script. Currently the clicky code does neither, which means user get security warnings if the plugin is installed on an https:// site, and it also means the page may load more slowly than necessary.
I’ve manually patched my clicky plugin but it would be great if the plugin would at the minimum detect an https:// URL for the site and use that when outputting the clicky code so that https:// sites won’t get security warnings.
