    Installed service/plugin (free account to start off), setup operator, installed plugin for this operator and approved 5 new users in google chat. Set chat status as available, but could never connect with test user. No indication in google chat that a session was started. Test user ended session, report emailed to me fine.

    Sorry for the delay. Thanks for installing the plugin and testing it out.
    When a user initiates a live chat on the website, you should receive it on your IM. You followed the process correctly. Can you please contact our live support team on our website? We can help you troubleshoot.

    Well, I have no idea what happened, but it didn't work the first day I had it installed, then started working the next day. Not sure why, but seems to be fine now. Thanks for following up.
