    I just loaded your plugin and so far I am loving it!

    I do however have one glitch I would like assistance in correcting if possible.

    The link to my Facebook is not working. The Twitter link is working perfect but the Facebook link give me the following error when clicked:

    “Could not retrieve the specified page. Please verify correct href was passed in.”

    I have double, triple and quadruple checked that the URL is correct and still get this error.

    Can you please direct me to a fix for this?

    I also have another question …

    I have noticed that not matter what I do, the system will show me online for only a short time and then automatically switches me to offline. This is frustrating as this plugin isn’t any good to me if I can’t have it online consistently. How to I stop it from going offline? I log into my Gmail account and I leave that page open, I log into my site and leave that page open (often working within both of these sites at the same time) and still I get ‘booted’ offline. I am at a loss.

    Can you tell me how I can stop it from doing this, please? Or how I can keep it online while I am actually online and ready to help clients without having to close out gmail and reload it every 5-10 minutes which is what I have had to do thus far.

    1. Please make sure that you use a facebook fanpage URL and not your personal profile URL.

    2. You need to be in ‘available’ mode to get ClickDesk appear ‘online’ on your website always. The most common issue people face is




    Thanks for the reply however, your assistance hasn’t left me in any better condition.

    #1 – you assume I didn’t already know this. I did use my fanpage and tried to redo it numerous times and I get the error. I would have appreciated if you gave me a solution based on assuming that I was doing it right. Not sure why you would assume I was trying to use a personal account …

    #2 – ok and how do I get into ‘available mode’ and stay on ‘available mode’? and the ‘most common issue people face is’ … is what?

    I have stopped using the plugin until someone can give me answers that correct these issues.

    Hey, the line missed while hitting the ‘post’ button. If you are logged into mobile, then in the app settings you can uncheck ‘turn to idle mode when inactive’, if you are on PC just being active on the gtalk or gmail webpage would solve this.
