    Does Not Work! After hours of numerous attempts with ClickDesk Support my Site/Chat Operator disappeared. The problem before that was the Site/Chat Operator would constantly appear offline when I was online. DO NOT PURCHASE! This software has to “Piggy-Back” Google Talk and other IM’s which make it unstable and more importantly to your customers; unreliable.
    They said they will be updating their software in the near future which may run independently. They guarantee an up-time 99.95%. In my case it’s the opposite: .05% up-time. I purchased this plug-in over 2 months ago and was told to install additional software: Trillion; told to install Google Talk; turn Google Voice on, turn it off. I get a different solution each time from different agents. I guess they all don’t read from the same script which may pose yet another problem.

    I apologize for the inconvenience caused.

    At the moment, ClickDesk requires you to use either Google talk or Skype to receive live chats/calls directly from your website.

    I searched all our chat transcripts but didn’t find any with drew @ id. Can I get your email address?



    I’m developing a website is and there used clickdesk but chat section is not loading on my site and if acces my then chat bars are loading please help how can i fix this.

    Not only does Clickdesk NOT appear on my site, but Clickdesk SUPPORT will not respond. I’ve been trying live chat on your site all morning to no avail. Then I tried to Skype Clickdesk but can’t get through. Are there so many issues that your support line is all tied up? I’m trying to get my client to subscribe, but so far, not a good introduction. Can you suggest how I can get someone to respond?

    Wow! I updated the plugin on my website and it completely removed all the .CSS/style settings and picture of my operator and replaced it with something for the Visually Impaired: A HUGE Ugly Purple and Orange Banner that is screaming at you: Need Help? This has to be the worst decision and bad judgement in Management. Good luck getting anyone to respond to you. Their customer service team all seem to be on vacaton at once. Getting really frustrated here.

    I sorry for any inconvenience caused.
    As you noticed, we released a new version of the live chat. We have completely redone our dashboard, live chat themes, reports and introduced few new features and a 7 days free trial on paid plans. We took the feedback of our users into account.

    During the migration and transition process we ran into few issues which the engineering team has addressed and fixed the problems. Our support team is doing the best to answer every query during this period.

    I confirm that the new system is now completely stable and very fast.
    Please make sure that you click on the ‘install plugin’ green button in the ‘Departments’ page if you are an existing customers. New users wouldn’t face any issues.

    Is there any way for changing “Eye catcher image” of the chat bar, since they are in English (Chat Now!) and not in Spanish.

    We are closely monitoring the usage of these newly introduced eye catchers images and see that most of our customers loved them.

    Adding your own image for the ‘eye catcher’ or change of text is in our feedback list already and I added it to our product roadmap.
