[Plugin: CKEditor For WordPress] Working for admin user but not for editor

Hello

I install the plugin on my wordpress 3.1.1 install
The plugin work fine for the admin user but not for the editor user.

I have no error, just no display of the editor bar.

I tried the two accounts with the same pc/browser
