 * Hey folks,
 * I’ve got WordPress 3.5.1 running on PHP5 on a Windows hosting account, and I
   just installed and activated the Chitika plug-in version 1.4.1, which was released
   on 2013-02-08. Once the plug-in has been activated, I start getting a warning
   message at the top of the admin page:
 * > Notice: has_cap was called with an argument that is deprecated since version
   > 2.0! Usage of user levels by plugins and themes is deprecated. Use roles and
   > capabilities instead. in C:\path\to\wwwroot\wp-includes\functions.php on line
   > 2923
 * Any ideas on how to resolve this? I can’t seem to post in the support forum for
   the plug-in, for some odd reason, so I’m posting the issue here.
 * Cheers,
    Trevor Sullivan
