    even if I sync only one folder it does not sync, why?

    wp-content/themes/juicysantos/js/pie

    I have don’t know, as you haven’t given anywhere near enough details. However I suspect that it’s because the file types for the files are not static.

    hm, it is .htc (dont askme wft is this) but that css3pie is used to make rounded borders on IE on that theme and since it is not syncing it crashes on IE. I will try to fix it on wp super cache to dont try to get that .htc from CDN

    Worked, I excluded on CDN tab to call for .htc files on CDN
