[Plugin: CDN Sync Tool] CDN support

I read the instruction in the plugin:

“If you want to use a service not supported click here and tell and link us to the service.”

However, when I received a 404, so I’m following up in the forum.

Any chance MaxCDN or VPS.Net will be support?
