[Plugin: CCS-HTTPS] deactivate URL's outside of wordpress

First, thanks for your great plugin.

I’m using wp-load.php to load some wordpress functions outside of wordpress, as specified here:
http://wpengineer.com/1038/embed-wordpress-functions-outside-wordpress/

The problem is, my external application implements its own HTTP to HTTPS redirect check and it’s conflicting with CCS-HTTPS trying to redirect back to the non-secure HTTP. This results in a redirect infinite loop. I need a way to deactivate your plugin for external applications outside wordpress.
