# Plugin causing WPBakery error

 * I use this plugin for most of my websites, but this is the first time I’m getting
   an error from it. When the plugin is active, I am unable to use the WPBakery 
   backend editor. I use the same builder for all my sites and this does not happen
   not sure if it’s clashing with another plugin?

 * Would you be able to copy and paste the error here? Also, which settings do you
   have enabled in Fonts Plugin?
 * Lastly, if you could paste your site info here (or email to [team@fontsplugin.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-causing-wpbakery-error/team@fontsplugin.com?output_format=md))
   that would be really useful. To do that go to wp-admin → Tools → Site Health 
   → Info → click the “Copy site info to clipboard” button.
