Unfortunately, your plugin has started producing fatal PHP errors on a live site, interrupting its uptime. We have not seen one ourselves yet, however we were alerted by the host and saw the following error in the log:
2023/02/20 14:06:40 [error] 14546#14546: *6089441 FastCGI sent in stderr: “PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Nesting level too deep – recursive dependency? in /www/qxmagazine_512/public/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/nextgen_basic_tagcloud/package.module.nextgen_basic_tagcloud.php on line 257” while reading response header from upstream, client: 22.214.171.124, server: qxmagazine.com, request: “GET /event/live-dj-until-3-am/2023-03-14/ HTTP/1.1”, upstream: “fastcgi://unix:/var/run/php8.0-fpm-qxmagazine.sock:”, host: “www.qxmagazine.com:43795”
Please can you advise on how we can get this to work smoothly again? Thank you.
