 * We’re experiencing a display issue with WP Chat App on our WordPress site (storagegiant.
   co.uk). Instead of the chat widget appearing as the normal small floating button,
   an oversized, unstyled WhatsApp logo and chat panel is rendering in the middle
   of the page content. The small green “Need Help? Chat with us” button itself
   displays correctly, but the expanded chat window appears huge and unstyled, as
   though it has failed to initialise into its proper collapsed/styled state. We
   have confirmed the plugin is the source: deactivating WP Chat App removes the
   oversized element entirely. However, rolling the plugin back to earlier versions
   has made no difference, which suggests the problem lies in our saved configuration
   rather than the plugin’s code. We have already ruled out our caching and optimisation
   setup — our browser console shows no 404s or errors relating to the plugin’s
   CSS or JavaScript files (the only console errors come from an unrelated browser
   extension), and the issue persists after purging all caches and testing in a
   private browsing window. Our environment is WordPress with WooCommerce, Elementor,
   and SiteGround’s Speed Optimizer, running WP Chat App version 3.8.2. Could you
   advise which setting might cause the chat panel to render in this oversized,
   uninitialised state, and how to correct it?

 * Hi [@sharvey728](https://wordpress.org/support/users/sharvey728/),
 * Thanks for reaching out. Based on your description, this appears to be an issue
   with the WP Chat App plugin itself rather than WP Rollback.
 * WP Rollback only facilitates switching between plugin versions and does not modify
   plugin settings, frontend rendering, CSS, JavaScript, or plugin configuration.
   Since you’ve already confirmed that rolling back to previous versions does not
   change the behavior, that further suggests the issue is unrelated to the rollback
   process and is likely caused by a plugin configuration setting, a theme conflict,
   or an interaction with another plugin.
 * I’d recommend contacting the WP Chat App support team directly, as they will
   be best equipped to identify which setting or configuration is causing the widget
   to render incorrectly.
 * I’m going to mark this topic as resolved since it does not appear to be related
   to WP Rollback. If you encounter an issue specifically with the rollback process
   itself, please feel free to open a new support topic.
 * Thanks!
